Experience on Bea/Oracle or SAP platform is a plus.

- Gather and analyze both technical and business requirements
- Envision and create solutions that meet requirements and can be implemented
- Model the pieces of a solution and their points of integration
- Prove the feasibility of a design and guide a solution through to completion
- Lead innovation, be passionate and constantly in touch with the latest trends in technology
- Be active in the technical community
- Recommend technical events & trainings that result in enhanced competences
- Take responsibility for own actions, outcomes and decisions
- Consider client needs as well as quality standards
- Have a good understanding of how a company generally operates, its context and future evolution
